Legal basis for processing personal data

NAHAKU s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), as well as in accordance with international treaties to which the Czech Republic is bound.

Our website processes data about visits, viewed products, and other activities on the NAHAKU website using cookies. Processing is possible only based on your consent to the use of the respective cookies.

For the purpose of contacting the company via the contact form, we process the following data:
Name, phone number, and email.

Purpose of processing personal data and processing period

Data from the contact form will be used to communicate with the individual using the information provided by the individual. Personal data of the data subject are processed manually by NAHAKU employees.

Once the purpose of processing has ceased or the Controller no longer has any legal basis for processing personal data, the Controller will erase the personal data.

Effectiveness
